Timber Lodge #13

We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. Compliments to Ryan who was responsive to our needs and very friendly

We only needed the cabin for one night over the labor day weekend, we stayed in it on the Friday night, so it was great that they allowed it to be booked for one night and not a 2 or 3 night minimum. I booked it through glamping Hub. Booking was very easy, the host was prompt with information on what and when to expect gate codes, door codes, and all the information we needed. It is a secured gated property, which is nice. There is designated parking for one car with the cabin number, so no trying to find a parking spot. The property was clean and inviting, the community area was nice, it has a fire pit. The pool on the other hand did not look inviting, it was dark, but what we could see from the building lights it looked pretty run down, maybe in the day light it didn't look as worn. We found the location to be great for the activities we had planned. The cabin was very clean, it has a wall a/c in the front and one in the bedroom in the back, so it was very comfortable. We thought the bed was comfortable and we slept well. The shower was great. It does come with appliances, so you could cook if you wanted to. Preparing to leave is much easier than other rentals, no cleaning before the cleaning crew comes in. No trash to take out, don't need to make the beds, put towels on the bathroom floor. We personally loved this cabin and the property. It is a duplex cabin, but we did not have anyone staying next to us, so I can't speak on what it would be like sound wise with neighbors. I would recommend it to all my family and friends, and if we are ever back in that area, I will 100% look to see if it has any availability.

My intended stay was from March 07-12, 2026 and did not relocate from the Timber Lodge until March 25, 2026 and still in Colorado Springs in the same area. Came for a mental vacation, loved it here and haven't went back to Denver.

Was a great spot for a quick rest while on the road.
