Timber Lodge #16

Timber Lodge is very cute, conveniently located and was perfect for what we were looking for. There was an issue with not having clean sheets on the bed, right after they just cleaned, and the floor not being swept ( it was just mopped). This was an issue because the person before us had a dog and there was dog hair everywhere on the floor and on the sheets. The lady cleaning was right next door so she came back over and changed all the sheets and comforter. So that ended up working out, but would have been a problem if she was already gone. My main issue with this cabin specifically is that it is for 4 people. We had 2 adults and 2 kids. There was not enough room for us to sit on the couch all together because it was so small. It barely fit 1 adult and 2 kids. So that left 1 person having to go into the bedroom to sit to eat as there was no where else to sit. The main bed in the bedroom is a full, so it is a tight squeeze for 2 adults. I didn't see that listed in the description of the room, so just something to be mindful of.

Awesome atmosphere, clean and quiet. The cabin had all the amenities to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again.

We spent 1 wk here,1st time in area. Close to so many natural and man made wonders. While cabin was small, much bigger thab hotel.we didnt use the stove but fridge and microwave was handy along with toaster.pod coffee available but we took our own kcup.onsite manager, Ryan was super nice and helpful. I will recommend to anyone coming.

I absolutely LOVED our stay at Timer Lodge! We came all the way from Saskatchewan, Canada to visit Colorado Springs, and this place was perfect. The cabins and grounds were so clean, cozy, and charming. There’s a little stream running right in front of the cabins, and the gated entry with a password made us feel very safe. The neighborhood was lovely, and we had a beautiful view of the mountains. Our cabin had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. Our family of four stayed there, and we had eight more family members visit us that evening. We enjoyed a BBQ at the picnic table area and spent the evening around the fire. There’s a paved area near the fire pit where we set up some outdoor games we brought—it made for such a fun and relaxing night of visiting and playing. I would 100% stay here again with my family!

Everything about our stay was amazing! We will definitely come back.
