Timber Lodge #26

The room was not clean when we arrived. sheets had dirt or dust or something on them (on top of the comforter and between the sheets), so I replaced them with the sheets meant for the futon. The bathroom also smelled strongly of kitty litter, so we opened the window to air it out and it improved

Very pleasant stay! The cabin was very cozy and quiet. Even with the windows open to enjoy the outside air, the area never got rowdy. The nearby creek was lovely to listen to at night. The view was excellent, with easy access to several restaurants and attractions, including a cantina right next door that had decent food. The only downside was that the beds were a little harder than we preferred, but this wasn't a major problem since we had brought some of our own bedding.

We got in late but everything was exactly what we needed.

We had a wonderful experience staying in cabin #26 at Timber Creek Lodge in February and will definitely return to our sweet home away from home. The cabin was cozy and we enjoyed watching the sunset over Pike’s Peak from our rocking chairs on the porch. The gurgling flow of the creek next to our cabin lulled us to sleep at night. A peaceful winter refuge. Ryan was kind and welcoming and helpful. The only suggestion I have for making cabin #26 more comfortable is to replace the bed. It’s not often you get a high level of hospitality these days and thankful we received the highest. We appreciate the welcome when we arrived and continued support during our stay. We saw some dear at night which was icing on the cake!
