We found our cabin to be clean and cute. Great location to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. The host was very responsive. We had to reach out to the onsite property manager for a little help accessing the cabin and he was helpful as well. We found the bed to be somewhat uncomfortable but we managed. We weren't able to use the portable closet as it was falling apart in the back, which we reported to the host. There were extra blankets in the storage table but not sure when they were laundered. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch for our morning coffee. Access to the propane grill was very convenient.

Great place to stay

Great location, and a comfortable and clean unit. However, very poor communication. Positive: The location was really great, it was close to most of what we wanted to do. The unit was comfortable and clean. Negative: Communication was horrible. I booked through booking.com but the host would not accept the payment through Booking.com. So shortly after booking I got a message from the host saying my payment was not accepted and that I must click on a link to make the payment. I wasn't comfortable with that and tried to message the host on Booking.com and via their official email address. I got effectively no response. At one point I got a message stating that they would get back to me but they didn't. I got hold of Booking.com's Customer Service and even they did not get a response from the host. I eventually had to take the risk and click on the link and pay. It worked out in the end. In addition, while we were there the lights in the unit flicked continuously, and the stove stopped working. I tried to find someone to help but no one was available. I sent a message via Booking.com and I got no response again.
